Jan UrigaSenior Manager, PwC
He researched social intelligence and leader decision-making processes and their applications at the Institute of Experimental Psychology of the Slovak Academy of Sciences, earning a PhD degree there. From 2003 to 2009 he worked as a HR manager in public administration and in international corporations. Since 2010 he has been focusing on consulting projects in strategic change management, innovations, leadership and corporate culture development. He works as an external lecturer at FSEV and leads MBA courses in Change Management and Leadership at the University of Technology in Vienna. At PwC, he is in charge of managing and developing the corporate transformations competence centre. He gained his experience also by participation in projects in Silicon Valley, California.

Martin Onofrejprezident, AICO - The Association for Internal Communications
In 1999 he established a full-service advertising agency PMP Marketing, which provides marketing and advisory services to multinational and local companies in the CEE region. Martin specialises in B2B marketing, recruitment marketing, external and internal communication. He earned his MBA degree at the Nottingham Trent University Business School. He is also a graduate of the Melcrum Black Belt International Communication Program at the School of Management at Cranfield University, UK. Martin is also the founder and president of AICO (The Association for Internal Communications) – the only professional association of its kind in Slovakia.

Martin ChinorackyManaging Director, Libellius
Martin Chinoracký is a co-founder of Libellius, where he at the same time works as a consultant, trainer and coach. His portfolio includes major international companies, for which he manages projects focusing on developing strategies, changing corporate cultures, setting up management systems, as well as developing managerial skills. He prepares and creates new products to support the provision of consulting and training services. More than 8,000 participants have joined his training programs to date. He is the founder of the HR Pharma forum in the Slovak Republic and Czech Republic. Before, he worked as a senior consultant for Mercuri International, a training company, where he worked on projects focusing on sales teams performance improvement. He also worked for Flachglass, Germany, where he spent several months of internship. He started his professional career at an international trading firm. He is a graduate of the University of Economics in Bratislava.

Andrea Stoklasová
She has gained great experiences in the communication and media since the first steps of her professional carrier. She has started to work in the print media, then proceeded to the TV publicism, moderation and creation of the broadcasting of the TV programs in STV such as:Noviny STV, GBS, Ranný magazín, Týždeň v parlamente. She has worked as a moderator and announcer in the former TWIST radio. Later she developed her managerial skills in the Ministry of education as the director of the Department of the masmedia politics. She worked also for the National Lottery TIPOS, one of the largest PR companies Prime Time as a responsible person for the communication strategies. Currently holds the position of the director of the president´s Office at the Financial Directorate of the Slovac Republic. As a head of the office of the President is responsible and supervises the activities and the performance of the 7 large departments, including Communication Department or Department of the Expert Support and Public Service. Under her supervision the Communication Department and the istitution has gained various national and international awards. Among many others are HERMES 2013 for the best communicating institution, AICO 2015 1st place for the Tactical internal communication of the project ISFS-SD – Communication as the key to the success, European round of FEIEA 2015 Grand Prix 1st place Best change communication strategy or the awards for the best FB pages, institutional magazine, mobile and gadget applications, or institutional brochures. |

Marcela HolickaChange Manager EEMEA, Mondelēz International
Marcela´s desire and mission alike is to make change human. She can do so as a professional at Mondelēz International in the EEMEA region. She monitors change, which is the only stable quantity at Mondelēz, live and manages it in terms of several transformation projects. In the past, she had played a role in the Jacobs Douwe Egberts merger and she worked as a Business Partner for development, training and talent acquisition at Mondelēz European Business Services Center. Marcela gained her precious knowledge and experience at HR konzulting, where she designed and implemented projects focusing on development, recruitment, evaluation and diagnostics. She also has a close relationship with the NGO sector, where she worked for seven years both as an employee as well as as a volunteer. As an andragogy graduate she strives to educate herself continuously. She earned her HOGAN, MBTI, NPL Practitioner certification, she took part in several coaching courses, workshops, trainings, conferences either as a participant or as a speaker. Marcela likes knowledge, authenticity, never-ending deep conversations, travelling, singing, charging her batteries through inspiring people, sports and laughter.

Linda is Co-Director of The Holbeche Partnership, a research-based development consultancy. Previous roles include Research and Policy Director at the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), Director of Leadership and Consultancy at The Work Foundation, Director of Research and Strategy at Roffey Park and Management Development Manager for American Express. She is currently Visiting Professor in HRM and Organization Development at Cass Business School (London), Visiting Professor of Strategic HRM at the University of Derby, Adjunct Professor (Executive Education) at Imperial College, London and Co-Director of the Centre for Progressive Leadership at London Guildhall Business School. Linda is also an Honorary Fellow of the Institute for Employment Studies, Fellow of Roffey Park, an Associate of Ashridge Management College and Erasmus Business School (Rotterdam). Ján VlachChange Manager 2016, Head of Retail Risk, Tatra Banka
Ján Vlach is a rotating Change Manager at Tatra banka in 2016. He has been dealing with the Change Management topic since 2012, when the Change Management program was launched at Tatra banka. His standing position is Head of the Retail Credit Risk Management Department. He has worked at several risk management positions at Tatra banka since 2003. Ján Vlach graduated from the Faculty of Management of the Comenius University in Bratislava, Slovakia, specialising in Finance, and the Faculty of Psychology of the Comenius University.

Stefan RosinaChairman of the Board of Directors, MATADOR HOLDING, a.s. Štefan Rosina was born in Púchov. He graduated from the Faculty of Chemical Engineering at the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava. He obtained his PhD degree at the Faculty of National Economy of the University of Economics in Bratislava in 1998. The University of Technology in Ostrava awarded him the title of Associate Professor in Management of Industrial Systems. In 2013, he completed his MBA study at the Univesrity of Technology in Vienna. He joined Matador in August 1984 after graduating from university. His first role was a worker in shift operation, and gradually he went on to perform specialised roles in tyre development, in the Technical Director’s division, later, he became the company’s Investment Development Director. He was the leader of a team that prepared the new corporate development policy for 1998 – 2000. Since 2002 he has been the President of the Matador Group. In addition, he received several domestic and international awards in various managerial contests. |
